<li>As we specialise in second-hand and one-of-a-kind children's clothing, every item is unique and sold “as is.”</li>

<h2>2. Condition of Items</h2>

<li>Items may be new-with-tags, gently used, or well-loved.</li>
<li>Any noticeable wear, marks, or imperfections are reflected in the price and description where possible.</li>
<li>Buyers acknowledge that second-hand items may have minor flaws typical of pre-loved clothing.</li>

<h2>3. One-of-a-Kind Stock</h2>
<ul>
<li>Once an item is sold, it cannot be replaced, restocked, or exchanged for another size or colour.</li>
<li>Adding an item to your cart or wishlist does not reserve it until checkout is completed.</li>

<h2>4. Pricing</h2>
<ul>
<li>Prices are final and set by Barossa Kids Collective.</li>
<li>We do not offer price matching or adjustments after purchase.</li>
</ul>
<h2>5. Payment</h2>

<li>Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.</li>
<li>Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout, both online and in-store.</li>

<h2>6. Product Safety</h2>

<li>All items must meet Australian product safety guidelines before being made available for sale.</li>
<li>Buyers are responsible for reviewing item descriptions and inspecting items prior to purchase.</li>

<li>As items are second-hand, no warranties apply beyond obligations under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>We ensure items are safe and described accurately to the best of our ability.</li>
